Weekly Astrology Forecast: September 6 - September 12
The residual confusion and foggy direction from last month's Full Moon (August 29th 6° Virgo/Pisces) lingers this week as the fixed-sign grip loosens. Nonetheless, most of us have some sense that change has come and the Mars/Uranus trine offers significant enthusiastic energy to move forward. However, under this waning Moon ahead of Saturday night's New Moon (11:41 PM PDT 20° Virgo) many are quite vulnerable to feeling as though the answers we're seeking are somewhere outside of ourselves. Venus turns direct on Monday, offering at least a glimpse of a more attractive landscape. The energy from the Mars/Uranus trine is most intense on Tuesday, offering significant strength to stay with the process of clearing away old emotional debris and establishing an independent position. Wednesday seems to offer the opportunity to take the stage in order to proclaim our newly developed independence but it's hard to keep our audience from trying to steal the spotlight. We see this process continue on Thursday, giving us a glimpse of the kind of chaotic new atmosphere we are moving in to. Friday offers the chance of a broader perspective but many are too concerned about specific details right in front of them. We need to understand that the details will make much more sense from that broader perspective. Saturday night's New Moon breaks open the floodgates of chaotic activity that will dramatically shift the landscape over the next two weeks and beyond. By next Thursday, Saturn will be in Sagittarius and Mercury will be retrograde. The summer's fixed-sign vice-grip will finally break apart, leaving little to hold on to but opening up exciting new opportunities and the potential of a much broader perspective.
