Weekly Astrology Forecast: April 12 - April 18

We begin this week with access to startling new perspectives, offering broadening insights and exciting possibilities. At the same time, the pace slows significantly, allowing for relaxed social interaction. This could produce some strain and frustration for those who feel ready to take direct action. However, we need to take plenty of time in order to fully comprehend what we're seeing and the exchange of ideas is crucial to our individual comprehension. The early part of the week has many of us 'chomping at the bit' to get things moving. Some may even be willing to jettison anything that even looks like it might be jamming things up. However, we shouldn't be too anxious to take action because there will continue to be important elements developing until we reach Saturday's New Moon (11:56 AM PDT 28° Aries). We do get a tangible opportunity to gain some traction on Thursday but once we actually begin to move forward, it will be pretty easy to quickly become overwhelmed and even disoriented. By the end of the week, our focus narrows and the ground is finally prepared for lasting new initiatives supported by the Sun's move into Taurus next Monday. Although Saturday's New Moon initiates a whole new round, we are still working with the extraordinary energy coming out of the powerful Spring Equinox New Moon (March 20th). We will need bravery, determination and a pioneering spirit as we begin to lay out the foundation for a whole new structural framework.
