Weekly Astrology Forecast: April 19 - April 25

Saturday's New Moon opened up a whole new round of productive endeavor with promising potential for expansion and success. In this highly optimistic atmosphere, we will have to work hard to keep our expectations in line with reality. Perhaps the most helpful elements are found in the open lines of communication facilitated by the Mercury/Venus mutual reception that serves to enhance the growing power of the Sun's transit through Taurus. As the Sun enters Taurus, there are a few challenges from the quincunx to Saturn which may produce some tension around differing methods and strategies even when the overall objectives are the same. Tuesday promises a significant windfall of welcome changes that allows many elements to fall into place spontaneously. By Thursday, imagination and intuition join with optimism. We need to continue to keep the lines of communication open and maintain interaction with a broad variety of sources in order to keep this energy from leading us astray or tempting us to become overly optimistic. Nonetheless, Thursday's opportunities are undeniably promising and exciting. We should move past the tension from the Sun/Saturn quincunx by Friday and find a more cooperative environment. By Saturday, there is increased confidence that leads to some awkward but well-intentioned generosity and benevolence. Some of what is offered my actually contain some hidden price tags and expectations so we will need to be very clear with ourselves and others in order to avoid misunderstandings. Despite the distinctly prosperous atmosphere, the overriding lessons this week are centered on communication and gratitude.
