The last New Moon (June 23, 2° Cancer) produced some profound creative inspiration and may have also encouraged us to expand the boundaries of what we consider 'Our Family'. While our perspective may have broadened, we need to stay focused on what is within our personal power to change. Whatever challenges that surfaced from the building Mars-Pluto standoff last week are released and cleansed through some deeply powerful and regenerative Grand Water Trines that begin the week. As we approach this Saturday's Capricorn Full Moon (9:06 PM PDT 17° Capricorn/Cancer), the creative energy builds towards a revolutionary transformation. We move very quickly from emotional release, through uncertainty and into determined, destiny driven action. Mercury's intellectual activity shifts from sensitive Cancer to willful Leo after receiving a healing send off from Chiron early Wednesday morning. We are challenged to release ego vulnerability and rebuild self-esteem in the pursuit of powerful creative breakthroughs. By week's end, the revolutionary determination is extraordinary but we need to be sure to stay focused on the changes we make within ourselves.

Sunday's Scorpio Moon brings a powerful bend or break regenerative and emotional transformation. Monday and Tuesday are dominated by a powerful, cascading series of cleansing and rejuvenating Water Trines. There is the potential for extraordinary emotional release and clearing away hurt feelings and resentments. Some of the most powerful growth may be spurred by unforeseen upheavals. By Wednesday, as Mercury arrives in Leo, emotions begin to subside and determined creative and intellectual inspiration begins to take charge. Nonetheless, concern over appearance and presentation may lead to significant uncertainty and vacillation. The continuing uncertainty on Thursday could lead us to put on a mask of confidence in order to present a more effective message. As we seek some way to further distance ourselves from restrictions, we should be careful not to abandon honesty. Friday's preparatory energy leads to the feeling the we are on the verge of something amazing. The Full Moon on Saturday is both transformational and revolutionary. The defiant independence could bring a temptation to use violence in order to remove any obstacles to change. However, the highly intellectual atmosphere also offers the ability for dramatic, theatrical presentation, which is much more likely to inspire broad change.
