Weekly Horoscope: March 19 - March 25
Spring Equinox - Foundation-Building Energy
This week's waning Moon does not dampen the high energy of the Spring Equinox on Monday. However, the pace is likely to be slower than the energy levels suggest. We'll need to channel all of the energy into foundation-building and seek to transcend any of the potential frustrations. The week begins and ends with some strong Piscean energy, which brings inspiration and compassion. Pisces also offers a powerful capacity to just let go and ride on the waves of the Universe, rather than pushing too hard in any one particular direction. We may also want to focus on letting go of goals and beliefs that are not truly a part of our own unique, personal vision. Throughout the week, as we seek to properly balance and channel the heightened energy levels, we should remember that while Venus is retrograde, charm and 'soft soap' is unlikely to smooth over any rough spots. We need to keep our facts straight and be as clear and focused as possible while we work to lay the groundwork for the next New Moon (March 27th 7:28 PM 7° Aries).
Sunday is the last day of Winter but the tendency is to focus on the past instead of the future. The Sun arrives in Aries on Monday, marking the Spring Equinox. Energy is high and activating. However, we may need to shrug off or side-step obstacles if others get in our way. Determination and self-direction are most powerful on Tuesday but we may not find as much support as we would like. Wednesday might be a good day to just spend resting — or at least looking for ways to allow ourselves a bit more comfort. High energy and a slow pace begin to create some significant frustration on Thursday. Impulsiveness could lead us off course very quickly. Friday's brings a more direct, decisive approach. We need to remember that charm won't work as well as we expect. Stay focused on the facts. The Pisces Moon on Saturday offers both compassion and sharp intellect. It is important to stay connected and avoid isolation.
