Spring Equinox 2016 - Clear The Decks

This week gets off to kind of a rocky start. The stellium in Pisces is showering compassion and intuition but not everyone will see the blessings. Many feel only confusion and some hazy concerns that we should be able to do more in order to fix things. Communication is the challenge. However, as the week goes on, it becomes easier to recognize that the words are less important that the feelings behind the words. By the end of the week, when we arrive at the Spring Equinox, we'll begin to see that much of this week's confusion has been Much Ado About Nothing. We will be better off putting our efforts towards trying to understanding others, rather than trying to get others to understand us. Sunday's Gemini Moon opposes Mars in early Sagittarius, sparking the communication challenges that seem to set the tone for the week. We may be tempted to just deliver our message LOUDER when it feels like we aren't understood. Elements of suspicion and defensiveness threaten to pull us further off track on Monday. Criticism is more than likely to be counter-productive. Frustration with our attempts to clarify our position slow us down for most of Tuesday and by the evening, we feel drawn home to search for allies and those who speak our language. By Wednesday, intuition and compassion finally melt away the awkward use of language and we get the chance to clear the decks (or clear the air?) and find the healing compassion needed to get past some of the stubborn communication blocks. Thursday is the day to lay all of our cards on the table and honestly acknowledge our vulnerabilities. By demonstrating our responsibility and awareness, we are much more likely to find the support we are looking for. If we continue to present a barrage of facts and articulate arguments, we're not nearly as likely to find many who will listen and respond. The ego-based belief that we need to take charge and fix things resurfaces on Friday. Health problems may surface if we can't maintain our humility and accept that everything happens for a reason. The Spring Equinox on Saturday night signals the beginning of a turn away from adherence to the safety of widely held beliefs. Rather than following any leader, we will begin to recognize that we need to follow the guidance and wisdom of that still, small voice within.
