Monday's Libra New Moon (8:46 PM PDT 15° Libra) is ruled by the retrograding Venus in Scorpio. Libra's desire for truth and justice is tinged with significant skepticism and maybe even some of Scorpio's paranoid tendencies. This week's search for truth may be strongly motivated by a feeling that there is something missing. We may also struggle with a feeling that we are somehow unmoored. The atmosphere of the last few weeks has been fraught with determined individual independence and some difficulty building collaborative cooperation. What we may be missing are the meaningful connections fostered by cooperative effort, which would help us feel more grounded. Although we seem to be more willing to build bridges of cooperation, this week's skepticism keeps us from fully committing to honest, candid, and open sharing. We may also be tempted to keep important details to ourselves or engage in some form of deception, in order to keep our options open. With all of that said, this week's New Moon conjuncts Ceres, offering helpful support to organize our efforts to rebuild bridges of communication that may have been damaged by the past few weeks of determined independence and conflict. Ceres can help us to nurture the tender shoots of cooperation as well as keep us organized in our effort to find common ground. In essence, this week is about rebuilding relationships, rebuilding trust, and rebuilding a sense of security based on a stronger connection to the truth.

The Moon is VOC for most of the day Sunday but the Sun's conjunction with Ceres helps to keep us organized and grounded. Monday's Libra New Moon brings an awareness of the need to rebuild our connections and establish a cooperative framework for moving forward. Another VOC Moon on Tuesday has us following the line of least resistance and keeps us particularly skeptical of others. Also, Mercury arrives in Scorpio on Tuesday evening, which may keep us less inclined to open up to others. By Wednesday, we seem to be ready to do what needs to be done in order to establish productive lines of communication and lay the ground work needed in order to work in a more cooperative manner. However, a pessimistic atmosphere on Thursday has us trying to 'keep our cards close to the vest' and avoid making too many commitments. The feeling that 'something is missing' has us looking for better answers on Friday. If we can maintain enough patience, there are excellent 'bridge building' opportunities. Saturday brings increasing determination to understand how to find just what is missing in our lives and in our relationships.
