Weekly Astrology Forecast: March 8 - March 14

The last exact Uranus/Pluto square is bearing down on us all week in an incredibly active atmosphere. It may seem like we are on a roller-coaster, going from high to low and making hard-corner-switch-back turns. There is such a strong demand for individual freedom that it may be very difficult to rely on any support from anyone else. Monday offers some gentle compassion but it isn't long before we turn another corner into Tuesday's restless impatience. Another turn on Wednesday brings a strong temptation to take some serious risks in order to break free of any restraints, possibly provoking some power struggles. Nonetheless, we are offered intuitive guidance throughout the week to help us navigate the twists and turns and avoid too many direct confrontations. The challenge this week is finding some way to quiet our minds enough to hear the whispers of the still, small voice of intuition. By Thursday, many seem to dig in their heels. Some may be stubbornly attempting to hold tight to the past and traditional approaches. Others are just as stubbornly working on breaking through restrictions in order to gain access to uncharted territory and unlimited possibility. Thursday may be particularly challenging to relationships because there is such an intense desire to stand apart. Friday is probably the easiest day of this boisterous week, encouraging more charm and some social pleasantries to soften the intense demand for independence. Saturn stations to go retrograde on Saturday, offering a profound glimpse of the work that needs to be done going forward. As we survey the vastly altered landscape that has been worked over under the Pluto/Uranus square of the last two years, we will have to come to grips with the cleanup and rebuilding that needs to be done. Saturn's retrograde phase in Sagittarius will increase the "I' can do it MYSELF" independent attitude but also increase our overall understanding of the profound implications and increased responsibility required in order to maintain the freedom and independence that we have been trying to establish this week.
