Weekly Astrology Forecast: February 15 - February 21

There are a number of transitional element at work this week which could easily result in a rather volatile environment by the end of the week. Mercury has returned to forward motion and begins to pick up some speed, increasing a desire to look ahead and implement new plans. Nonetheless, communication remains challenging and Wednesday's New Moon (3:47 PM 29° Aquarius) on the Aquarius/Pisces cusp could increase the pressure to conform or produce concerns that cause us to keep our opinions to ourselves. We need to look for ways to honor different viewpoints, including our own. As we sow the seeds of future progress, responsibility and honesty are crucial elements to incorporate into the process. With the Sun's move into Pisces, spiritual principles take on added importance and intuitive clues offer help to navigate the shifting currents. However, there is still likely to be a significant amount of confusion to clear up. As we seek to advance our intellectual beliefs, we would do well to remember that, in spiritual terms, we need to surrender in order to win. By Friday, Venus, Mars and the Moon all arrive in Aries. Vitality and individual initiatives get a huge boost but we may need to watch a temptation to trample on the rights of others in a headlong rush to move ahead. The insights we have garnered over the past few weeks have been focused on helping us to understand how we fit into a larger world. As we begin to implement those insights, negotiation and compromise remain extremely important to the groundwork we are laying for a new level of individual expression.
