Mars-Saturn Conjunction
Scorpio Full Moon — Locked-In Creative Initiatives

This week's Scorpio Full Moon (10:22 AM PDT 11° Scorpio/Taurus) on Friday provides another dose of healing insights while also potentially 'locking in' some important creative initiatives. Creativity is inspired and enhanced through Sunday's Venus-Neptune sextile to begin the week. Mercury reaches a conjunction with Chiron on Friday at the exact degree of the last New Moon in Aries (April 17, 2026, 4:51 AM PDT 27° Aries) — that was tightly conjunct Chiron — as this current lunar cycle culminates with the Full Moon. Chiron is beginning to 'wrap up' the current transit through Aries that has roughly coincided with the transit of Uranus through Taurus. Now that Uranus has moved into Gemini, Chiron will 'take over' for Uranus when it moves into Taurus on June 19th (making a final 'dip' back into Aries from September 17, 2026 until April 14, 2027). Before leaving Aries, Chiron's message is being clarified — albeit somewhat quietly compared to the overall 'din' of Aries energy currently exploding in the atmosphere. Chiron's orbit took it closest to the orbit of Uranus in May of 2021 and it is now moving back towards the orbit of Saturn. In Aries, Chiron has been encouraging us to become ourselves, that is, to speak our truth with integrity. But that message also draws important lessons from the opposite sign of Libra where we are tempted to abandon our individuality for the sake of a relationship or to simply keep the peace. Ultimately, these lesson are highlighting the importance of honoring our independent, individual perspective while also recognizing our connection to everyone and everything around us. Mercury's conjunction to Chiron this week helps us to gain a broader perspective on the necessary balance between independence and connection. Communicating that perspective gets a powerful boost this week on Tuesday when a Libra Moon forms an extremely potent Grand Air Trine with Venus and Pluto — emphasizing the powerful commitment to embracing our relatedness, as offered by the Venus-Pluto trine. We are also assisted by Pallas, which arrived in Aries at the end of last week. The arrival of Pallas in Aries has brought reinforcements to the slowly dissipating Aries stellium. Pallas brings elements of objectivity to the determined independence of Aries. Pallas also helps to support and organize the creative inspiration that is operating deep below the surface of this week's activity. We are still likely to encounter the impatience of Aries this week. As well, we begin to feel the forming Mars-Jupiter square that will complete next Tuesday, which is intensifying that impatience. Certainly, many of the insights offered at the Full Moon may simply be seen as — at best — 'ahead of their time'. Even so, we are offered enough stability this week to at least 'test' some of those insights and ideas. We have a tremendous opportunity to grow out of the failures of the past if we are able to muster the determination to find the healing 'third way' that is being conveyed ever more assertively by Chiron.
There is a wealth of inspiration and creativity on Sunday. Nonetheless, we may easily be lead astray or feel overloaded with ideas that we aren't able to find 'grounding' for. We may find intriguing areas of creative pursuit that will eventually lead us to some real breakthroughs on Monday. We shouldn't simply give up when we can't quite be sure where our inspiration is leading. There is a flood of productive communication on Tuesday, allowing us to explore a remarkable number of creative initiatives. Our awareness is expanding enough to overcome whatever resistance that we find. There is a great deal of uncertainty on Wednesday. There are ups and downs and some changes of direction which may be quite misleading. We may begin to feel a remarkably stabilizing optimism on Thursday but the potential good fortune can be easily squandered through ideas that aren't fully grounded. Impulsiveness and impatience will build when we find that the potential for stabilization hasn't been fully implemented. We are offered enough stability on Friday to at least 'test' our insights and ideas — even if they might be 'ahead of their time'. We have a tremendous opportunity to grow out of the failures of the past if we are willing to take the necessary steps to advance a healing 'third way'. We find some seemingly promising opportunities to establish some stability on Saturday. There is a potential for some breakthroughs that will lead to significant progress — if we don't 'strip the gears' out of impatience.
