Jupiter Stations - Stay open to the Universe

"I have such a fear of finding another like myself, and such a desire to find one! I am so utterly lonely, but I also have such a fear that my isolation be broken through, and I no longer be the head and ruler of my universe." — Anaïs Nin

There is a breakdown of isolating self-sufficiency and stubbornly held blind spots this week. Safety and security is paramount even as many begin to recognize that the walls of our isolation are really traps that keep us from making the important connections that we are instinctively craving. Last week, Mars turned retrograde and this week, Jupiter stations to turn direct. The walls begin to crumble. However, determination may become an unhealthy insistence that we need to keep patching the holes in our thinking instead of opening up to allow the blessings of the Universe to shower down upon us. To the extent that we feel threatened, our unsteady egos seem determined to keep defenses on full display just in case there are challenges. However, this week's Grand Water Trine (Sun, Neptune, Jupiter) brings a cleansing, healing opportunity to let go of defensiveness and begin to remove the blind spots that are keeping us isolated. As we move through this week, we can begin to see blessings where we once saw oppressive responsibility. All along the path, though, we may continually return to ego-protecting defensiveness, intolerance and impatience. Nonetheless, we are more than likely to see such attitudes as less and less satisfying. The more that we can work toward opening up to a more inclusive and Universal perspective, the more that we can recognize the value and importance of increasing our connection to the world around us, instead of closing ourselves off in pursuit of some illusory, misguided sense of safety.

There's no way to make sense of things on Sunday without taking a step back and getting a broader perspective. Rather than pushing forward, we'll do better to reflect and contemplate. Suspicions may overwhelm us on Monday if we are too focused on ourselves. Keeping up our defenses may seem like the only way to avoid direct threats and challenges. Blind spots may keep us focused on loss on Tuesday. Opening up about such feelings will bring a surprising release. We find an extraordinary sense of confidence on Monday under a VOC Moon. However, much of that confidence may seem to others to be nothing more than prideful arrogance — tread carefully! Insecurity creeps back into our thoughts on Thursday. Rather than trying to show off our strengths in order to rebuild confidence, we'll do better to offer up our insecurities as an overture towards deeper connection. Walls crumble on Friday in an incredibly healing atmosphere. It will take determined, insistent, self-sufficient stubbornness to ignore the beneficial opportunity to expand our perspective and improve our connection to the world around us. By Saturday, any stubborn, residual isolation reaches a breaking point as the Sun trines Neptune. There is intuitive guidance showing us a better way to be safer through connection, instead of isolation.
