Was Michael Jackson Pluto's Child?

I just found this post on an Astrology blog and thought it was kind of fun that the writer chose the term "Pluto's Child" for her post about Michael Jackson.  I was born just 5 days before Michael Jackson, so I've pondered the similarities a bit. (I'm chuckling here, I hope you know that.) Although he does have Pluto figuring prominently in his chart, I wonder if the challenges of being born so near Full Moon were more trouble to him than the Pluto "issues". Also, his Pisces Moon's potential for drug abuse seems to have caused some problems. Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging here, but I also am not one to assert that anyone is a victim, as the writer suggests.

Pluto definitely has a reputation for being all that is evil and BAD, although that isn't exactly what I had in mind when I chose that name for this site,.  Pluto also offers rebirth and the rejuvenation - that is the often forgotten side of Pluto's message.

What is also interesting in Michael Jackson's chart (that he and I also share, by the way) is that his Chiron is at 19 degrees of Aquarius:

"This degree shows characteristics similar to Scorpio. The native may go through the fires of hell and rise up and walk away like the Phoenix rising out of its own ashes. There is a fantastic regenerative ability. Usually, if not always, there is a lifeline thrown to him/her by someone else. Just as s/he may be about to go under a friend is sent to sustain him/her." (from Degrees of the Zodiac)

This adds emphasis to Pluto's regenerative influences in his chart and I think helped him remake himself many times over. My mom used to say how wonderful this degree is and I would point out to here that before you can 'rise from the ashes', you first have to go down in flames. It's a tricky trade-off, it seems to me.

Anyway, I thought it was interesting, FWIW.
