Jupiter-Uranus Opposition

Jupiter-Uranus Opposition - Impatience

"Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy."

—Anne Frank

We begin to feel the pull of the final, exact opposition of Jupiter and Uranus this week, which demands independence but requires methodical planning and self-confidence. However, the waning Moon keeps most of the tension from the Jupiter-Uranus Opposition at bay for now. We are given ample opportunity to regain a sense of balance as last week's confusion abates. The Virgo Sun turns our attention to a much needed clean-up and re-organization. There is also a pleasant Venus-North Node conjunction which sextiles Jupiter and leads to an engaging feeling of cooperation and camaraderie. Nonetheless, there are a few upheavals and transitory complications that threaten to keep us a bit off-balance. Patience and a little bit of faith should help to keep us from becoming overwhelmed and avoid making mountains out of molehills. Ultimately, this is a week to ground ourselves with a more realistic sense of self-confidence that isn't rooted in idealistic and overly optimistic pursuits and goals.

Sunday's Grand Earth Trine provides a welcome opportunity to slow down and turn the corner on last week's confusion. We face some challenges in blending compassion and logic on Monday. We need to avoid seeking to discredit opposing viewpoints and, instead, look for common ground. Tuesday's waning third quarter Moon leads to a strong imperative to get busy on a clean-up process, spurred on by the Virgo Sun. A midday VOC Moon splits the day on Wednesday. The early part of the day offers an important chance to clear up misunderstandings but sensitivity could lead to becoming overwhelmed later in the day. Compassion helps to off-set some of the emotional challenges on Thursday. We should try to be willing to adapt quickly and avoid impulsive defensiveness. Another afternoon VOC Moon on Friday could lead to a bit of frustration when we can't make as much progress as we would like. Saturday offers a chance to take a break and regain balance. Even if we feel capable of putting on a good show we'll do well to take some time to slow down and refresh our perspective.
