Monday's Pisces Full Moon (4:54 PM PDT 28° Pisces/Virgo) marks the culmination of the September 6th Virgo New Moon, shining additional light on our understanding of our heritage, history, and our predecessors. The sense of imperative that usually accompanies a Full Moon seems to be missing or is at least somewhat muted. Rather, our perspectives seem to fragment. New perspectives raise new questions and there is increasing uncertainty or at least some awareness that further investigation is required. The Sun joins Mercury and Mars in Libra mid-week, marking the Autumnal Equinox and focusing our efforts on thoughtful consideration. The increased Libra influence brings the potential for indecision, uncertainty or vacillation. For some, this may produce frustration and the feeling the too many are making 'perfect the enemy of the good' by continuing to engage in further investigation and consideration. However, 'to everything, there is a season' and we are in the season of thoughtful consideration, rather than bold, ground-breaking action and initiative. Libra's search for truth and justice requires us to see issues from a broad range of perspectives, weigh alternatives, and consider a variety of implications and ramifications before making decisions and taking definitive actions. The ruler of Libra, Venus, is in determined Scorpio. Venus is not particularly comfortable in Scorpio and Libra's inclination to seek compromise through tact and diplomacy does not offer the kind of satisfaction that we might hope for. The Scorpio influence suggests an inclination to retreat to the safety of isolation. However, it is only through building consensus and staying engaged in the process that we can find the right solutions. Venus opposes Uranus at the Autumnal Equinox on Wednesday under a Taurus Moon. We may be inclined to make a determined case for taking action. We should remember, though, that Mercury will turn retrograde in Libra next Monday, suggesting further review, along with further uncertainty, indecision, and vacillation. Despite this fleeting attempt to push through the uncertainty, the new information that comes to light under the retrograde Mercury is likely to throw us off balance once again and take us back to a new round of consideration.

Activity on Sunday is mainly behind the scenes, ensconced in a fog bank. However, intuition helps to guide thoughtful consideration. Monday's Pisces Full Moon is missing the usual heightened imperatives often seen under a Full Moon. Determination to move ahead is hampered by the powerful feeling that we need to continue deliberations. There is increased potential for frustration on Tuesday. Tension builds and we feel that we are being pulled in different or opposing directions. A determination to do something emerges on Wednesday. However, without building consensus, our determination is not likely to push us over the 'finish line'. Further frustration on Thursday has us looking for ways to make the case for quick action and enlist the support of others — or goad them into some kind of action. However, only broad perspectives and humility will make any action relevant. If we continue a determined push for action on Friday, we're likely to push too hard. Some will seek isolation in order to restore balance. Entrenched opinions and unrealistic expectations are particularly bothersome for most of the day on Saturday. Once the Moon arrives in Gemini around 5:30 PM PDT, we find more room for adjustments and compromise.
