Weekly Astrology Forecast: February 21 - February 27

Virgo Pisces Full Moon - A curve ball of emotion

The Full Moon on Monday (10:19 AM PST 3° Virgo/Pisces) throws us a curve ball of emotion and vulnerability. Although there may be quite a bit of confusion or hazy situations which seem to challenge our resolve and self-confidence, there may not be nearly as much to worry about as we think. Nonetheless, some may suddenly come to believe it's time to throw in the towel or succumb to a fatalistic sense of hopelessness. This is not the week to try to accomplish broad gains or display grand flourishes. Instead, we need to bolster our faith and be content with taking baby steps and look for ways to broaden our base through communication and compassion for the challenges that others face. Sunday and Monday are dominated by a highly pressurized atmosphere that could easily produce a petulant or reckless response, like "what does it matter, anyway?" Pessimism may also crop up on Tuesday if we have been counting on a lucky windfall, rather than self-discipline and steady effort. By Wednesday afternoon, when the Moon arrives in Libra, the floodgates of compassion and communication finally open up and we are offered an opportunity to broaden our perspectives and organize our thoughts. Thursday's active atmosphere should wake most of us up, especially anyone who has been languishing in premature disappointment. Sharp intellect comes into play, penetrating much of the hazy fog that has been lingering under the waning Moon. The Moon is VOC all day Friday and some will push too hard in a misguided effort to try and take back any lost momentum. Saturday's emotional climate reveals a great deal of self-righteousness and insecurity. Self-sufficiency is futile in such an environment. Those who have been able to maintain determined self-discipline will need to open up to someone, in order to keep a clear perspective.
