Weekly Astrology Forecast: March 15 - March 21

The final, exact square between Uranus and Pluto occurs this week under a waning Moon ahead of Friday morning's New Moon late in Pisces. There is a strong feeling of uncertainty and perhaps some sense of loss as we begin to gain a broader view of the changes that have occurred over the last two years. Most of us would very much like to find some guidelines that we can follow but there are few to be found in this week's environment. We will need to look inward for answers, relying on faith and intuition to guide us across this bridge that leads toward the task of rebuilding. The world has changed and we must adapt in order to discover our place in this new world. Saturn turned retrograde last week, encouraging personal investigation and urging us to find our own answers rather than accepting established beliefs. With the right push, Sunday provides the opportunity to tap into a deep well of abilities and the broad capacity to help us to deal with this week's uncertainty and insecurity. Venus moves into Taurus on Tuesday and helps us remember to "stop and smell the roses" once in a while. The New Moon on Friday morning (2:36 AM PDT 29° Pisces) occurs late in Pisces, just before the Sun enters Aries. However, this New Moon offers little in the way of quick, decisive shifts or confident new initiatives. It will take some time to let go of the desire for a well-worn path to follow. We will have to process any loss we feel before we can begin to envision a new direction. Nonetheless, Saturday offers the opportunity to gain our footing and discover some hidden, inner resources that will help us to move forward with increasing confidence over the next two weeks.
