Weekly Astrology Forecast: February 8 - February 14

"The journey of a thousand miles begins beneath one's feet."

-Lao Tzu (alternate translation)

Mercury turns direct this week and the transition may seem quite chaotic or uncertain. This is a Heads Up! transitional environment that requires us to pay attention to what is happening right in front of us (or right beneath our feet). There is a significant temptation to look too far ahead or too far back instead of focusing on what is directly in front of us. Some may feel bored with the status quo, while others may be focused on idealistic fantasies that fail to recognize that we have to begin from where we are. Over the past 3 weeks, we have been offered the opportunity to revise the narrative of our lives in order to incorporate a better understanding of how we fit into the larger picture. Energy is scattered and unfocused as we begin the week. By Tuesday, frustrations become apparent. Communication is particularly challenging on Wednesday but we need to keep the lines open and recognize that our connection with the larger world begins with the people closest to us. As the week develops, there may be increasing self-consciousness as we seek to demonstrate the new understanding of our position within a larger context. However, by Saturday afternoon, there is intuitive and inspirational support to make the necessary adjustments to move forward with confidence.
