We are offered a much needed spark of enthusiasm along with support for new ideas and new perspectives this week. Monday's New Moon (6:38 AM PST 19° Aquarius) shows off a sense of destiny that revitalizes personal initiatives and individual determination. We see a potent turning point following the last few years of crisis-driven changes sparked by the powerful Pluto/Uranus square, which has been pitting the Old against the New. The Aquarius New Moon, ruled by Uranus, tips the scales towards the New and the time is ripe for rolling out the new ideas that have been percolating for quite a while. Although the week begins with a strong desire for personal comfort and extravagance, we are quickly sparked to action and awareness by Monday morning's New Moon. Tuesday's atmosphere helps to transform the aggressive energy of the past several days into more productive fuel for active engagement. Wednesday provides a platform for articulating our unique perspectives and ideas in a down-to-earth atmosphere that is filled with enthusiasm. However, we'll need to guard against being held back by old hostilities and old resentments. The pressure builds throughout the week as we begin to understand that there are tangible opportunities to be embraced. The increasing temptation to try and take control could lead us to get our hands caught in the Wheel of Fortune and change. We may see sparks flying Thursday and even more so on Friday, although the desire to keep conflict and disagreement behind the scenes if very strong. Mercury leaves the shadow of retrograde territory on Saturday, allowing enhanced intellectual and intuitive insight, as well as fresh perspectives based on the week's promising developments.
