2. Select a date and a session length. (No same day appointments are available.)
3. Select an available time slot. All times shown are Pacific Time.
4. If you have registered for a Free Membership, all of your information (except your phone number) will be automatically entered into the form. If you have not already registered, enter your Name, Phone Number, Email, Birth Date, Birth Time, BirthPlace. (All fields except a Skype Name and Reservation Code are required. If you don't know your birth time, enter NA or Unknown.)
5. Click on the Schedule Now button and pay using the Pay with PayPal Button (PayPal account not required) in order to confirm your reservation.
6. You will receive an email confirmation. If there is any incorrect information you can reply directly to the email.
7. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please use the contact form to verify your appointment has been scheduled.
