Weekly Astrology Forecast: June 28- July 4

Mercury leaves the shadow of its retrograde period this week which quickens our intellect and enhances our insight. However, Venus moved into the shadow of its retrograde zone on June 21st (Venus retrogrades from July 25th until September 6th) and we are beginning to see concerns develop around creativity, ego, appearance and the proper use of the will. The high point of this week happens on Wednesday with the powerfully rejuvenating Full Moon (7:19 PM 9° Cancer/Capricorn). This Full Moon further stimulates our intellect and produces a strong desire to expand our understanding and wisdom. The week begins with a rather restrained tone on Sunday, demanding a high degree of focus and determined intent in order to make tangible progress. We turn a blind corner on Monday, creating uncertainty and doubt. However, activity begins to pick up on Tuesday and by Wednesday's Full Moon, our minds and intellect seem to lurch into high gear. Some may feel such a strong certainty of belief and principle that they are tempted to push a bit too hard in asserting their position. Nonetheless, insight is available through all levels of experience and the deepening understanding helps to keep overly assertive pronouncements in check. The later part of the week takes us through a rather erratic, unstable obstacle course. The waning Moon will see a period of adjustment, requiring intense problem-solving efforts. With the increased insight and intellectual activity, we are seeing new elements that challenge our assumptions. We are quite likely to have some difficulty sorting through the inconsistencies and admitting that we may have made some mistakes. Embarrassment seems even more painful than usual in this environment. Saturday offers the opportunity to show off some superior creative and intellectual abilities which help us to navigate the unstable obstacle course. The lessons seem to be centered on encouraging us to let go of any concern over appearances and just keep digging until we find a clearer sense of truth.
