BIORHYTHMS
There are some very interesting Numerological factors which throw light on
biorhythmic cycles. One of the most interesting bits of information I have noted
is the effect which the leap year days have. If it were not for the leap year
days, the 23 day cycle would be exact on your 23rd birthday, the 28 day cycle
would be exact on you 28th birthday, etc. However, the combination of the effect
of adding the necessary leap year days makes an interesting relationship to the
meaning of the cycle itself.
PHYSICAL (23 day cycle)
This number makes a bid for freedom in the physical expression of your being. It
may threaten your close relationship with other people when you feel the
strength and urge to really be yourself in terms of your own ego and the
aggressive action of operating your own physical body effectively. This physical
pattern breaks down when you become aware of your need for roots and an ability
to interact from a secure home base. By the time you reach your 23rd birthday,
you must add 4 leap year days. This means that you are 4 days in the next cycle
by that time. This 4 element serves to remind you that your own physical well
being is based on a secure foundation, usually rooted in your home situation.
The 23 involves the 5, when you add the 2 & 3 together. The 4 + 5 are two sides
of the same coin which total 9. Movement through rock means fulfillment by the
spirit in the physical body.
EMOTIONAL (28 day cycle)
This number deals with justice and a sense of reaping what you sow. This cycle
demands action which involves risks. The emotions must be expressed in order to
receive the nourishing response which is necessary in close relationships with
people. We tend to avoid expressing emotions except under severe strain which
may force an emotional outbreak. We are fearful of expressing affection for fear
of rejection. We bottle our hostilities because of fear of consequences and a
need to remain part of the environment in which we live. By the time you reach
your 28th birthday, you must add 7 leap year days which is considered highly
significant in view of the fact that this 28 number represents the cycle of
Saturn, as well as the progressed cycle of the Moon through the Astrological
chart. 7 is 1/4 of the 28 and represents the structure and boundaries of any
entity. This emotional cycle is geared to make the structure functional.
Emotions are a way of interacting and becoming intimate with those around us.
They represent one means of communication. Movement through water.
MENTAL (33 day cycle)
This number deals with the connection of the mind with the emotions. This is a
double three which resolves to 6. 3 is ruled by Mercury, while 6 is ruled by
Venus. The action of the positive 3 must be sensitive to the feelings of others
and incorporate a quality of affection in order to function well with
information. The temptation here is to eliminate emotions because they cloud the
clear air of the basic ability to reason logically. By the time you reach your
33rd birthday you must add 8 leap year days. Eight is the number of the generous
Jupiter. It is however, an influence that deals with organization and the
ability to eliminate unwanted and unnecessary fat and excess baggage which must
make room for more desirable new items. It demands a streamlining process to
make the entity supple, sleek, graceful and manageable. This influence
represents movement through air.
COMPASSION (38 day cycle)
This is the contact point between the negative and positive sides of life. The
38 breaks down to 11 which is a spiritual influence that deals with the vulgar
elements in society, malice, greed, and deformity. These things must be dealt
with in a positive way both within the individual self and the self within the
society in which we live. The individual self must have the three earlier
principles well under control to deal effectively with the demands made here.
There must be an inherent sense of honesty to speak powerfully to those elements
in society without returning like for like. By the time you reach your 38th
birthday, you must add 9 leap year days to this cycle. 9 is the number of
fulfillment. It is the central sun around which other people revolve. It
represents an element of completion before you start out on your new journey
into the spiritual realms. These bridges must all be crossed before you can
begin to deal with spiritual truth and reality. You must be an active, feeling,
thinking individual, ready, willing and able to relate meaningfully with your
brethren before you can visualize God.
AESTHETIC (43 day cycle)
Both "Jesus Christ" and "Devil" add up to 43. The 4 & 3 add up to 7 which is the
Saturn number, ruling skeleton and the boundaries of any entity. This influence
deals with intuition and worship and deep religious power, both positive and
negative. This is a powerful influence. The greatest power comes through an
understanding of love. As Ghandi said "There is hope for the slave of the brute,
none for the slave of love." Here one must establish individual identity. The
individual must take responsibility for the basic motivation that underlies all
action. Choosing not to decide is also a decision, one you must live with. By
the time you reach your 43rd birthday, you must add 10 leap year days to this
cycle. Ten is the number dealing with a strong sense of justice. Almost
immediate consequences result from any action taken under this influence, be it
reward or punishment. Many of these results may be subtle and ill defined but
make lasting effects based on the circumstances. Your intuitive ability will
clue you in.
SELF-AWARENESS (48 day cycle)
This number takes you a step deeper into the vast unknown. You begin to be aware
that the more you know the more there is to know about everything. The (4 + 8 =)
12 involves going through the 12 stages of understanding. At this level, there
is also judgement, evaluation of what is. The essence of reality is being
perceived and recognized as intangible and yet you become aware that there is a
new quality of knowing, a deeper meaning of your own identity in the maze. When
you reach your 48th birthday, you must add 12 leap year days to this cycle, very
significant in rounding out your accumulated knowledge and experience in
assessing your continued journey through life. Uranus is one sign past the
opposition to its natal place while Saturn is almost to the third quarter square
to its natal place. This means a critical time of evaluation.
SPIRITUAL (53 day cycle)
Here you must learn the true meaning of material reality as something other than
accumulation. This cycle is calculated to teach you that the books must balance.
The material world provides you with tools for self-expression. However, it is a
mistake to identify yourself with those tools as being the real you. There must
be a free flow of energy. Trying to hold on to vast sums for the sake of
security only clogs and restricts the circulation. The abundance of the universe
is made available only as you pass it on or use it in some way other than
hoarding for security. Full containers cannot be filled without first using what
is at hand. Life demands constant change and movement. Restrictions only create
blocks which must be overcome in order for life to continue its constant flow.
By the time you reach your 53rd birthday, 13 leap year days must be added.
Thirteen is the number of rebellion, "out with the old, in with the new." We
must break loose from what we accumulate in order to go on to new levels of
understanding. We must be in charge of what we own and not restricted or limited
by what we accumulate.
